 Production & Delivery

Every Vanime piece is made to order, so please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.

Once production is complete, estimated standard delivery is:

Canada: 14-30 business days  
United States: 2–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be fulfilled separately and arrive in more than one package.

Every Vanime garment is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns or size exchanges.

Please review our size guide carefully before ordering. For the best comparison, we recommend measuring a favourite T-shirt you already own.

Something Wrong? We'll Make It Right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we'll work with our production partner to arrange an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please double-check your size, colour and shipping address before placing your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins
