We strive for total satisfaction. Should there be any issue with your order including but not limited to, manufacture fault, sizing issues, or product selection please reach out via email at info@vanimeclothes.com

Please note, once an order is sent into production we will not be able to alter the size, colour, or design of the item(s). If you require any revisions while the item is in production we will offer a one time discount of 15% to create a new order with the requested alterations.

Vanime offers a free reprint or a refund for any manufacturing defects or incorrect order items if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
